Security & Vulnerability Disclosure
1. Zero-Trust Security Model
MXDNA Systems enforces defense-in-depth across every layer of our platform:
- Zero Public Compute Surface: Core computing resources and storage nodes operate within private, isolated security domains with zero unauthenticated public ingress.
- Encrypted Mesh Communication: All inter-system traffic is encrypted end-to-end via private cryptographic overlay networks.
- Strict Edge Ingress: Public endpoints are protected by automated DDoS filtering, rate limiting, and reverse proxy inspection.
2. Identity & Access Management
Authentication across all administrative and client interfaces is governed by modern Zero-Trust protocols:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Hardware and time-based cryptographic 2FA enforced across all accounts.
- Modern Standards: OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0 with PKCE authorization flows.
3. Automated PKI & TLS Security
All network communication is strictly encrypted in transit:
- Automated Certificate Management: Automated TLS certificate issuance and rotation via DNS-01 validation.
- Modern Ciphers: Strict TLS 1.3 enforcement with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) and comprehensive HTTP security headers.
4. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
We welcome responsible security research and vulnerability disclosures. If you discover a potential security issue affecting MXDNA Systems, please report it promptly:
- Security Email:
[email protected] - Guidelines: Please provide detailed reproducible steps and proof-of-concept information. Do not disrupt service availability or attempt unauthorized data extraction. We commit to acknowledging reports within 24 hours.
