Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or interacting with the network endpoints, holding portals, or private services operated by MXDNA Systems at mxdna.uk and affiliated subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our services.
2. Authorized Use & Acceptable Use Policy
MXDNA Systems provides private infrastructure services and specialized software platforms. All users, API clients, and automated processes must adhere to the following rules:
- No Unauthorized Access: Attempting to bypass security controls, brute-force authentication portals, or probe unauthenticated endpoints is strictly prohibited.
- No Malicious Activity: You may not use our infrastructure for denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, spam distribution, malware hosting, or probing third-party systems.
- Perimeter Defense: Automated scraping, abuse of API gateways, or volumetric traffic flooding will trigger automatic IP blacklisting and perimeter mitigation.
3. Intellectual Property
The software architectures, proprietary systems, brand assets, and digital content published by MXDNA Systems are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Service Availability & Disclaimers
MXDNA Systems provides all holding portals and public endpoints on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.99% cluster availability and rigorous automated disaster recovery, we make no express warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, MXDNA Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our systems.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
